Song Of The Week - Death from above 1979 : dead womb
This weeks song of the week is from "Death from above 1979" with the song "Dead womb".
This canadian two piece made some of the best music I've heard this decade
with only a bass player and a drummer (as shown) they released 3 EP'S 1 studio album and a remix cd.
Here is the first song i ever heard from them its fast catchy and to the point.
one of my favorite punk songs ever thats not about being a youth or politics its just about being "tired of sluts coming up to us in the clubs with their cocaine"

This is a new feature i want to add to new noise.
Every week im going to pick one song i have been listening to alot that week.
I'll post the video or mp3 with a short description on why I love the song.
This week it is the song "Glue Girls" from the artist "Someone Still loves you boris yeltsin" of the album "Pershing".
How could you not love this song?
It's catchy poppy and the lyrics are really good(well to me at least)
but what really got me was the change up around the 0:43 second mark
Also big thanks to my friend shannon for getting me into these guys..they are one of my favorite bands now
